Watchdoc SkyPrint - Presentation

Principle

Watchdoc SkyPrint is an optional feature of the Watchdoc solution that allows users to print from their mobile devices and securely release and track their print-jobs, all under the control of Watchdoc.

 

After registration, where necessary, on the SkyPrint portal, the user can submit documents for printing in two ways:

 

• by sending the documents for printing as an attachment to an email address previously communicated to the user and corresponding to the chosen printing equipment;

• by uploading the document for printing onto the SkyPrint, portal, then by selecting the printing equipment.

 

When registering on the portal, the user receives an unlocking code (PUK code), enabling him/her to directly and securely clear his/her printing jobs on the device of his/her choosing.

Prerequisites

To use Watchdoc SkyPrint, users must have an email address.
